The Quiz Night was held on 23rd November 2014, at the Kingsbury, with the participation of over 200 Bridgetines, young and old. Bridgetines were invited to sharpen their minds and tease their brains by participating in five rounds of questions ranging from general knowledge, sports, geography, history, politics, music, movies, current affairs, and facts on SBC. The evening started out with the teams posing for the camera to find the Geekiest looking team for the night.
Given an opportunity to flex and display their intellectual muscle, the Bridgetines did not disappoint, responding brilliantly to the sometimes challenging questions they were asked. Immaculately conducted by Mr. Dominic Keller, the evening was filled with fun, and the participants were given the chance to revive themselves after their mental exertions with a delicious spread provided by the hotel to the sounds of energizing music.
A hilarious note was struck by Ruhanie Perera and Nehama Jayawardena who interspersed the quiz rounds with a series of performance sketches that took all of us back to our school days and made us roar with laughter.
The school song was given a twist and performed by the two and even the nuns found it difficult to keep a straight face.
